POTATO CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
2 cans condensed cream of potato soup
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Turn mixture into 13x9x2 pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake 300, 1 1/2 hours. Serves 12.
