POTATO-CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 med. onion, chopped
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix all of the ingredients together; top with 1 cup crushed corn flakes and 1/2 cup butter dotted on the flakes. Bake for 45 minutes in 350 degree oven in a 9x13 inch dish or two 8x8 inch dishes. This can be frozen ahead, but omit the corn flakes and butter until it is ready to bake.
