POTATO-CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. pkg. hash browns, thawed
2 cans potato soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 1/4 c. cheese to sprinkle on top

Mix in 9x13 inch pan. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees in a glass pan.
