CHEESE POTATOES 
4 to 5 lg. potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
2 to 3 tbsp. onion flakes

Cook potatoes, dice and add next 4 ingredients. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees until it boils about 15 minutes.
