CREAM CHEESE POTATOES 
10 or 12 med. potatoes, cooked, drained & mashed

Add:

8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter

Beat together and refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle paprika on top and heat in oven or microwave when ready to serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
