CHEESE HASH BROWN POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. salt
Little minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or salt

Mix all ingredients. Heat soup. Put cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes.
