HASH BROWN CHEESE POTATOES 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
6 oz. carton sour cream
1 c. diced onion (less, more or none at all)
10 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 stick butter, softened

Slightly thaw potatoes; mix thoroughly with cream soup, cheese and butter. Bake until heated through, 35 minutes or more at 350 degrees.
