HASH BROWN CHEESE POTATOES 
1 stick butter, melted
1 bag frozen hash browns, partially thawed
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese (2 c.)
1 tsp. onion flakes
3/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour melted butter in a glass 9"x13" pan. Spread hash browns on top of butter. In a bowl, mix sour cream, soup, 1 cup of the cheese, onion flakes and salt. Spread on top of the hash browns. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
