CHEESE HASH BROWN POTATOES 
2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 pt. sour cream

TOPPING:

2 c. mashed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix above and put in buttered 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle the corn flake and butter mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Make the day ahead.
