PICKLE OKRA 
1 c. water
1/2 c. pickling salt
1 tsp. dillseed
Button of garlic
1 qt. white vinegar
2 or 3 hot red peppers
Okra
Green hot peppers

Wash okra, leaving 1/2-inch of the stem on pod for easy handling. Mix altogether, except for okra, and bring to a boil and pour over okra. Pack in jars. Add one button garlic and green hot peppers. Seal and let stand a few weeks.
