HOT CURRIED FRUIT SALAD 
Assorted canned or fresh fruits
1 tsp. curry powder
Brown sugar
Butter
Rum (optional)
Sliced almonds

Place fruit in appropriate size flat dish (9x13). Sprinkle with brown sugar. Dot butter over top. Pour rum over fruit, sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. This is good with poultry, cured meats, and pork or as an inclusion to any hot winter buffet (even breakfast).
