HOT SPICED FRUIT SALAD 
1 (1 lb.) can peach halves
1 (1 lb.) can pear halves
1 (1 lb.) can apricot halves
1 (1 lb.) can pineapple chunks
1 (1 lb.) can light sweet cherries
2 tart apples, peeled & cubed
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 c. seedless grapes
3 bananas, cut in chunks
1/4 c. butter

Drain syrup from all canned fruits; measure and reserve 1 cup juice. Turn canned fruits and apples into a 2 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle lemon juice over fruit. Add spices to juice and pour over fruit. Dot with butter. Cover baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir in grapes and bananas; continue to bake for 5 minutes. Serve hot. Goes well with ham and turkey. Makes 10-12 servings. I fix mine in a crock pot.
