STEPHANIE'S KICKED UP BEEFY
MACARONI AND CHEESE

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
2 packets Goya Sazon seasoning
1/2 tsp. adobo seasoning
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce (Hunts)
1 (16 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
1/2 cup milk (I use 2%)
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter (or more)
1/3 (2 lb.) block Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes (2/3 lb.)
4 slices American cheese (or your favorite grated cheese), to top

Brown and drain ground beef with the garlic. Return to pan and mix in Sazon, adobo, onion powder, pepper, chili powder and paprika. Stir in tomato sauce and simmer until thickened.

Boil and drain elbow noodles. Add milk, butter (up to a whole stick) and cubed Velveeta cheese. Add ground beef mixture. Mix until cheese is melted and the meat mixture is completely combined with the rest of the ingredients. Top each serving with American cheese. Serve hot :)

Serves 4.
