BEEF, MACARONI AND CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
2 c. macaroni
1 lb. ground beef
1 (10 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 med. green pepper, diced
1/4 c. chopped pimiento (opt.)
2 c. County Line colby cheese, cubed
1 (3 oz.) can Durkee Real French Fried Onions

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Brown ground beef; drain. Add soups, green pepper, pimiento and cooked macaroni. Place half of this mixture into a greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with half the cheese and onions. Top with remaining macaroni mixture and cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining onions and bake for 5 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
