EASY BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
1 can cream of onion soup
1/2 c. water
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 c. cooked elbow macaroni
2 tbsp. buttered bread crumbs
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. chopped pimento

Combine soup, water, 1 1/2 cups cheese and macaroni in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Stir in pimento and onion. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot. Top with remaining cheese and bread crumbs and bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts.

Very delicious! We added a little bit of salt and pepper though. And it is super cheesy so if you don't like it extremely cheesy then I would cut back on the cheese a bit. But it was still really good!

Great, easy dish! Used cream of mushroom soup and added browned ground beef. No left overs!!!!

Try this exactly - but with Colby Cheese - as sub for Cheddar. Colby has a little deeper/richer flavor. This recipe itself however - is wonderful.
