BAKED NOODLE & COTTAGE CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 c. hot noodles, drained (about 6 ounce uncooked)
1/2 tsp. onion, minced
1/4 tsp. salt, if desired
1/2 to 2/3 c. buttered bread crumbs (melt 2 tbsp. butter, put in crumbs & stir)

Mix together all ingredients except bread crumbs. Place in greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle top with buttered crumbs. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
