COTTAGE CHEESE-NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. onion
3 tbsp. butter
1 lg. carton (1 qt.) cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. chives
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles, cooked
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk

Saute onion in butter. Add cottage cheese, sour cream and seasonings. Layer noodles and sauce. Top with mixture of beaten eggs and milk. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. May be garnished with black olives.
