EASY CHEESE BAKED CORN OR CORN
CASSEROLE
 
6 ears of corn on cob or can corn (3 cans)
Dash pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 oz. pkg. cream cheese with chives or use ordinary sliced cheese

Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature. Prepare corn (ears) on 12" square of foil. Spread with tablespoon of cream cheese mixture plus salt and pepper. Fold up and seal foil. Bake on baking sheet. Casserole dish style for use of can corn plus sprinkle with bread crumbs.
