QUICK CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 box macaroni and cheese dinner (Kraft)
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce (Hunts)
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
salt and pepper, to taste
6 slices American cheese

Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic. Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions. Mix ground beef mixture, macaroni and cheese, tomato sauce, corn, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with sliced cheese, cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

I made this and added some extra spices (Italian seasoning, oregano) because we like things flavorful in our house, and use a sharp cheddar cheese instead of American. Thanks for sharing!
