BEAN DIP 
1 med. can (Friends) kidney beans
3/4 c. mayonnaise (Cain's)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. wet mustard
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. dried parsley
Dash salt & pepper
1/2 tsp. horseradish (optional)

Drain beans well in colander. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl, stir in beans. Mix well. Cover and set overnight in refrigerator. Serve with crackers.
