LAKE GEORGE BEAN DIP 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. minced onion
15 oz. can red kidney beans, undrained
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. chili powder
Dash cayenne pepper (more for heat)
Sliced jalapenos (optional)

Brown beef in skillet. Drain beef; add onion. Add beans and mash with fork to blend. Stir in cheese until it melts. Simmer and stir occasionally. Serve hot with Nacho chips. Works well in crockpot.
