CHILI BEAN DIP 
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. minced onion
2 tsp. minced parsley
2 tbsp. jalapeno peppers

Blend all ingredients except onion and parsley in the food processor. Add onion and parsley and serve with fresh vegetables or tortilla chips. Doubles easily.
