CHILI BEAN DIP 
2 c. cooked beans
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 sm. onion grated or 1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1 c. grated cheese
Raw vegetable sticks or tortilla chips or baked potatoes

Blend or mash beans until smooth. Add other ingredients. Serve cold with vegetable sticks or warmed with chips or potatoes. You can omit chili powder, cumin and onion; add 1/4 to 1/2 cup salsa. Also, adding a cup of sour cream makes a good variation.
