SHORT RIBS 
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3-4 lb. beef short ribs
1 can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. molasses
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. Liquid Smoke
1 tbsp. instant minced onions

Put ribs in Dutch oven in a pan, combine all other ingredients. Simmer for 5 minutes, cover and bake in a slow oven, 275 degrees for 3 to 4 hours or until tender.
