EASY SNACK CAKE 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. melted butter

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. In another bowl, combine milk eggs, and vanilla. Beat well. Add to dry ingredients. Mix to blend well. Set aside 3/4 cup batter. Pour remaining batter into greased and floured 8 inch round cake pan. Beat melted chocolate into reserved batter. Drop chocolate batter by spoonfuls over plain batter. Run knife through to marbleize. Combine topping ingredients in a small bowl, then sprinkle over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until done. Cool, then cut into wedges.
