WHOLE GRAIN PIZZA CRUST 
2/3 c. water
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Add water and oil to combined dry ingredients. Stir with fork until mixture forms ball (or use food processor). Turn out onto greased pizza pan, slightly flour. Knead about 10 times.

With greased fingers, press dough into pan (14 inches round) and shape edge to form rim. Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
