HOMEMADE PIZZA CRUST 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt

Soften yeast in water. Beat in 1 1/2 cups flour; mix in olive oil and salt. Stir in remaining flour. Knead until smooth; about 10 to 12 minutes. Place in lightly oiled bowl, turn oil side up. Cover, let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until double. Cut in parts, roll each in 12" circle, about 1/8" thick (or 1 part in large cookie sheet). Turn up edges of dough, with knuckles dent dough to prevent bubbles. Fill with pizza.
