CREAM OF COCONUT CAKE 
1 white cake mix
3 eggs
1 c. cream of coconut
1 sm. carton sour cream
1/4 c. oil

Combine all of the above ingredients. Mix well. Pour into oblong pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar; add vanilla and milk. Mix well. Spread on cold cake. Top with 2/3 cup coconut.
