COCONUT SOUR CREAM CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
1/4 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 lg. can cream of coconut

Mix and spread in 9"x13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Do not open oven while baking. Let cool.

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. coconut or vanilla flavoring

Mix well and spread on cake. Sprinkle coconut on top.
