CORN CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 (16 1/2 oz.) can cream corn
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. grated cheese of choice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Vegetable cooking spray

Melt butter, add whole kernel corn, cream corn, sour cream, cheese and muffin mix. Stir until well blended. Place in baking dish that has been sprayed with a nonstick vegetable spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
