FRENCH BAKED PANCAKE 
1/4 lb. butter
4 tsp. sugar
3 lg. eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

FILLING:

1 1/2 lb. creamed cottage cheese
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs. Add flour and baking powder alternately with milk and mix well. Place half of batter (about 1 1/2 cups) in well-greased 9-13 inch baking dish.

FILLING: Beat together cottage cheese, butter, salt and eggs. Spoon over batter and top with remaining batter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes until golden brown. Cut into squares and serve with sour cream, preserves, honey or syrup.
