BAKED SQUASH 
7 small yellow summer squashes, sliced
1 small onion, diced
1/2 cup cream
1/4 cup crackers, crushed
2 tbsp. butter
bread crumbs

Boil squash in salted water until done. Drain and mash. Sauté onion, cream and crackers in butter, add to squash. Place in greased casserole; top with butter dots and a few bread crumbs.

Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes or until firm.

Makes 6 servings.
