1-2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
2 packs Escort crackers or 1/4 box saltines
1/4 tsp. (more or less) garlic or onion powder
2 squirts of Tabasco sauce

Mix ground beef, eggs, crackers, seasonings and form into meat balls. Bake on tray at 300 degrees until brown.

SAUCE:

14 oz. bottle Heinz catsup
1 sm. jar grape jelly (1 c.)
4 squirts Tabasco sauce
Garlic or onion salt to taste

Melt jelly and add other ingredients and simmer; heat through. I do all this in crock pot. Add meat balls and simmer for 1 hour.
