HOLIDAY MEAT BALLS 
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 sm. can water chestnuts, diced

Mix together all ingredients and roll into small balls. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Pour sauce over meatballs and serve hot. Great to put in crock pot for a party.

SAUCE:

1 c. catsup
1/4 c. grape jelly

Heat slowly, stirring until smooth. Or use 1 package of brown gravy mix and serve over rice.
