2 potatoes
2 squash
1 med. onion
parsley
1 bag frozen cauliflower
1 bag frozen broccoli
1 bag frozen carrots
2 beef bouillon
1/4 tsp. oregano
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1 bell pepper

Prepare all vegetables. Layer in a crock pot or pan. Be sure to cover crock pot or pan. Cook until tender.
