QUICK CRUMB CAKE 
2 1/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, room temperature

CRUMBS:

2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
6 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. cinnamon

Put all in bowl and mix on low speed until crumbly. Put dry ingredients in bowl. Add shortening, 2/3 cup milk, and vanilla. Beat at low speed 1 minute. Scrape bowl. Add remaining milk and eggs. At low speed, beat 30 seconds. Scrape bowl. Beat at high speed 1 minute.

Grease and flour 10 inch spring form pan. Pour in dough. Put crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes (Test with toothpick.)
