CHIPS OF CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER
CAKE
 
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter, softened

In a large mixer bowl, combine, blend at low speed until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup. 3 eggs 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla

Add to remaining crumb mixture in mixer bowl. Blend at low speed until moistened. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl. Pour batter into prepared pan, sprinkle with 1 cup reserved crumbs. Sprinkle 1 cup chocolate chips over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Use a 9 x 13 inch pan.
