CHIPS OF CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER
CAKE
 
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Generously grease bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl or mixer, blend first 4 ingredients on low speed until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup. Add remaining ingredients to crumb mixture. Blend at low speed until moistened. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.

Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Sprinkle 1 cup chocolate pieces over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
