| CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES | |

1 chocolate cake mix 1/3 c. brown sugar 1 1/3 c. chunky or plain peanut butter 1/2 c. oil 1/4 c. water 1 egg Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape dough into 1" balls. Place 1" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 min. until light brown. Cool on cookie sheet for about 1 minute, then move to racks to finish cooling. Makes about 4-5 dozen. | |
