CHEESY CHICKEN VEGETABLE SOUP 
2 c. sliced zucchini or broccoli flowerettes
1 c. sliced carrots
1 sm. onion, sliced thinly
1 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of potato soup
1 soup can of water or chicken stock
3/4 c. tomato juice
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey
1/2 tsp. hot sauce, optional

In a large covered pan cook zucchini (broccoli), carrot and onion with oregano in butter until tender. Add the remaining ingredients. Heat through stirring often. NOTE: For a family size recipe stew a whole chicken and use the meat and the stock. And double the other ingredients.
