CHEESY CHICKEN VEGETABLE SOUP 
4 c. water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onion
Pinch of garlic powder
Lg. pkg. mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrot)
2 c. cubed potatoes (skin and all)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Cook water, bouillon, celery, onions, and garlic powder until celery is tender. Then add frozen vegetables and potatoes. Cook until potatoes are tender. Add soup and Velveeta. Stir until cheese melts.
