CHERRY DUMP CAKE 
2 large cans cherry pie filling
1 box white cake mix
2 sticks butter
chopped nuts (optional)

Pour cherry pie filling in 9 x 13 dish. Pour cake mix evenly over pie filling. Slice butter into several pieces and place all over top. (Optional: Nuts can be sprinkled on top, if desired.)

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until top is golden brown.
