2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. instant chocolate malted milk powder

Mix cocoa and 1/4 cup of the milk to a smooth paste. Add rest of milk, sugar and malted milk powder and mix well. Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze.
