PIE FILLING CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
Can of pie filling

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in the butter. Reserve 1/2 cup of this for topping.

Add 1/2 cup milk and 2 beaten eggs to the remaining mixture. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with any pie filling. Sprinkle the 1/2 cup of crumbs over all. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
