MOM'S CHEESE POTATOES 
2 lbs. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
2 c. grated cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes

Thaw potatoes. Mix in all ingredients except 1/2 cup grated cheese. Pour into 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese and 1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes over top. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
