MOM'S CHEESE POTATOES | |
4 med. potatoes 3 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated Salt, pepper, parsley flakes, onion Cut up potatoes like fries after they are peeled. Line a 9 x 13 pan with foil. Dot butter on bottom of pan. Add potatoes and all other ingredients and spices. Pour milk over all. Seal up the foil and bake at 425 degree oven for 40 minutes, or longer at a lower temperature. |
