MY MOM'S BAKED MACARONI AND
CHEESE
 
1/2 lb. elbow macaroni
1 sm. can tomatoes
2 c. vegetable cocktail juice
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 stick of butter

Cook macaroni as directed on package. Do not rinse. Place in large pot and add tomatoes, cheese, butter, juice, salt, and pepper. Mix together and place in buttered casserole. Place butter and Romano cheese on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
