SHRIMP MACARONI SALAD 
2 lbs. shelled shrimp, cooked
2 average boxes macaroni shells, cooked and drained
3/4 to 1 c. Cheddar cheese
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onions
3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 to 1 1/2 c. sour cream
4 to 5 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt

Cut up shrimp, toss with macaroni, cheese, celery, green peppers and onions. Blend remaining ingredients, toss with shrimp mixture. Cover and chill. Serve with a lettuce leaf.
