SHRIMP MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. shelled shrimp, whole
1 1/2 lb. macaroni shells, cooked
4 oz. Velveeta, cubed
1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. green peppers
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash horseradish

Cut or leave whole the shrimp. Cook macaroni and drain. Add cheese and vegetables. Blend remaining ingredients and toss with macaroni and shrimp. Cover and chill a couple hours. Line bowl with lettuce and top with green pepper.
