SHRIMP MACARONI SALAD 
7 oz. cooked macaroni
1 lb. frozen shrimp, thawed
1 carrot, grated
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. radishes, sliced
1 sm. bunch green onions, sliced
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 c. black olives, sliced
1 can kidney beans, drained

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Mix dressing together first and mix with all other ingredients. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with 1 sliced hard-boiled egg and halved red cherry tomatoes.
